PREDICTING METHOD OF PHASE TRANSFORMATION TEMPERATURE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF HIGH CARBON STEEL USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A method for predicting a temperature transformation and a method using the same for manufacturing steel materials are provided to accurately predict the temperature transformation caused by the changes in the specific heat based on the data of the temperature change measured on a hot-rolling process. CONSTITUTION: A method for predicting the temperature transformation is as follows. The temperature data of a hot-rolled specimen according to the cooling time is collected while cooling the specimen by using a thermocouple(S110). The temperature transformation with the cooling speed that changes with the greatest difference is analyzed using the collected data(S120).
