PURPOSE: A heat recovery ventilator utilizing a heat pump chiller and heater is provided to recover energy by moving heat and moisture with air which flows inside, and to maximize the efficiency of total heat exchange by additionally installing the total enthalpy heat exchanger depending on necessity.;CONSTITUTION: A heat recovery ventilator utilizing a heat pump chiller and heater comprises a rectangular enclosure case(200), a supply fan and a exhaust fan(220), a first heat exchanger(230), a second heat exchanger(240), a first drain fan(250), a second drain fan(260), a first humidifier(270), a second humidifier(280), a storage tank of condensed water, a pump, a three way solenoid valve, a compressor(320), and a control unit(330). The storage tank of condensed water having fixed capacity stores the condensed water collected through the first and the second drain fan. The pump supplies the water stored in the storage tank of condensed water to the first and the second humidifier by being controlled by the control unit. The three way solenoid valve compresses a refrigerant of the condition of low temperature and pressure into the refrigerant of the condition of high temperature and pressure, and supplies the compulsorily supplied water to the first humidifier or second humidifier according to the operation of cooling and heating modes.
