PURPOSE: A gel polymer electrolyte composition is provided to improve ion conductivity, to improve response rate, to facilitate the control of reaction rate and hardening degree in polymerization, and to easily change structure.;CONSTITUTION: A gel polymer electrolyte composition comprises a bifunctional acrylic compound represented by chemical formula 1, an ionic liquid, a polymerization initiator, and metal salt. In the chemical formula 1, R1 is a substituted or unsubstituted C2-6 alkylene group, R2 is hydrogen or a C1-6 alkyl group. The weight ratio of the bifunctional acrylic compound, ionic liquid, and a polymerization initiator is 4.5-8:1.5-4.5:0.3-2. An electrochromic device comprises a first electrode, a second electrode, an electrochromic material, and electrolyte(50) formed by the photopolymerization of the gel polymer electrolyte composition.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
