PURPOSE: A sequencing batch type or batch type water-filtering apparatus and an operating method thereof are provided to enhance the efficiency of a separation film by raising the temperature of the separation film by using one water inlet pump.;CONSTITUTION: A sequencing batch-type or batch type water-filtering appartus comprises a water storage tank(10), an inlet water tank(20), a separating film module(30), a water inlet pump(40), a produced water storage tank(50), a circulation line(60), and an exhaust line(70). The inlet water tank is connected with the water storage tank and has water and circulating water flowing therein. The separating film module is connected to the inlet water tank and comprises multiple tubular-type membranes(31). The water inlet pump inflows water from inlet water tank and circulating water to separating film module. The produced water storage tank stores produced water from the filtering process. The circulation line inflows enriched water from filteration as circulating water to the inlet water tank. The exhaust line ejects a part of mixed water of circulating water and water from the inlet water tank to the outside.
