摘要

PURPOSE: An electrical sintering method of a metal nano particle pattern using a thermal process is provided to excellent sintering quality by forming a neck connecting between metal nano particles.;CONSTITUTION: A pattern is printed on a substrate using ink including metal nano particles. A substrate having the pattern formed is heated below 140°C to connect the metal nano particles. Electrical sintering is performed by applying voltage to the thermal processed pattern. The thermal process is performed by heating to 80-140°C. The thermal process is being performed for 2-20 minutes.
