PURPOSE: A network independent type OTP(One Time Password) key exchange method using a bar code is provided to exchange user key value and additional information between a server or a computer and a mobile device, thereby performing an OTP setting or an information obtaining operation without an additional communication network.;CONSTITUTION: A user produces an arbitrary OTP key value through a computer or a server. The user separates the OTP key value and additional information by exchanging the OTP key value into a bar code. The exchanged bar code is photographed by a camera which is mounted on a mobile device. The OTP key value and additional information are stored.
