PURPOSE: A cover window structure of a mobile apparatus and a mobile apparatus including the same are provided to prevent damage to cover glass when the mobile apparatus is fallen down to the ground.;CONSTITUTION: A front case(21) includes a side wall of a fixed height at an edge. Cover glass(22) is attached or fixed at one or more parts of the front cases. A damper(23) is attached to one or more side walls of the front case or on the front case.
