PURPOSE: A photocurable resin composition is provided to have excellent polymerization performance by ultraviolet irradiation and to have quick drying property, excellent translation property, and excellent ink surface-drying property.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a photocurable resin composition comprises: a step of mixing polyethylene glycol, 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate, polyethylene glycol diacrylate, and hydroquinone under a nitrogen atmosphere; and a step of adding isophorone diisocyanate into the mixture and conducting a reaction.
