PURPOSE: A data transmission method and an apparatus in a multi-component carrier system is provided to fit a timing receiving transmission power control command of a part serving cell and a timing receiving transmission power control command of a main serving cell.;CONSTITUTION: A TPC command reception timing of terminal is determined(S700). A DL subframe of an ordering serving cell determines timing in order to receive the TPC command about a subframe of each of different following serving cell(S705). KPUSCH is determined in order to minimize the total sum of reception timing values of the TPC command(S710). KPUSCH is determined in order to transmit the TPC command about each of different UL subframe of the following serving cell(S715).
