PURPOSE: A clutch for sensing a brake and an accelerator combined to a hub or a knuckle of a car are provided to minimize the resistance of a power transmission device by separating a power transmission device connected from a driving unit and a power unit on inertia driving.;CONSTITUTION: A clutch for sensing a brake and an accelerator combined to a hub or a knuckle of a car comprises power units(100,110a,110b), a control unit(200), and a driving unit(300). The power units are equipped with an electronic vacuum pump(120) for operating a brake and an electronic steering device(130). A power unit comprises a fuel control device(140), an electrical control device(150), and a starting control device(140a). The fuel control device supplies and blocks fuel and power to the power units. The starting control device starts the power units and the electrical control device. The control unit comprises a control system(200a), a control switch(210), an accelerator sensor(220a), and a brake sensor(230a).
