PURPOSE: Metal power, a manufacturing method thereof, and a laminated ceramic capacitor including an inner electrode made of the metal power are provided to improve connectivity of inner electrode by preventing mismatching between the inner electrode and a dielectric layer.;CONSTITUTION: A graphene layer(131) is irregularly generated on surface of metal powder. The metal surface comprises the graphene layer which is generated irregularly. The other metal surface do not include the graphene layer. Sinterability of the metal surface is different.
