PURPOSE: A building module and a joint unit structure of a building module are provided to easily and promptly carry out construction in field and to improve resistance and structural performance of a junction unit to vibration and earthquake.;CONSTITUTION: A joint unit structure(200) of a construction module includes an upper construction module(110), a lower construction module(130) and a concrete unit(210). The upper construction module is coupled with a plurality of beams(103) and includes a post(101) having an opening unit(111) in the side of the lower part. The lower construction module is coupled with the plurality of beams and includes a column having a filling plate(131) installed inside of the upper part. The concrete unit is installed inside of the column to join the upper construction module and the lower construction module, is interposed between the opening unit and the filling plate and a concrete is filled through the opening unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
