PURPOSE: A construction method and a pencil rod anchor body for a rock used of the same is provided to improve the drawing resistance more inexpensively during the construction of a pencil rod anchor body for a rock and to effectively support the pulling break down of the rock about its buoyancy in order to secure and support the base foundation.;CONSTITUTION: A construction method and a steel bar anchor body(100) for rock comprises a casing(110) of the pipe shape, a steel bar anchor(125), a fixed anchor nut(130), and a burying head(150) for padding. The casing is installed at the borehole(10) punched in the rock layer at the lower part of a foundation structure(9) in a vertical direction. The pencil rod anchor is inserted into the borehole through the casing and surrounds a steel bar(120) which is prevented from corroding with a screw-shaped sheath tube and cures within the pencil rod and sheath tube with a cement grouting to which a borehole is formed. A fixed anchor nut is positioned on the reamming part formed on one end portion of the anchor and the borehole of the pencil rod.
