PURPOSE: A method for managing a terminal based on a memory state change and a terminal supporting the same are provided to smoothly support function management by sensitively reacting to a state change of a complex memory.;CONSTITUTION: A total memory usage state change checking unit(210) checks whether a change is more or less than the standard value of memory usage. A memory fragmentation state checking unit(220) checks the allocation state of data and an application program allocated to the memory.
