PURPOSE: A brazing filler metal alloy composite for preventing discoloration is provided to prevent the discoloration of zirconia after brazing zirconia and titanium by being made of silver, aluminum, and titanium and adding at least one of zirconium and tin.;CONSTITUTION: A brazing filler metal alloy composite for preventing discoloration prevents the discoloration of zirconia(ZrO2) after brazing zirconia and titanium(Ti). The brazing filler metal alloy composite comprises 7-30 parts by weight of aluminum, 2-5 parts by weight of titanium, 0.1-1 parts by weight of zirconium, 5-10 parts by weight of tin, 0.1-1 parts by weight of zirconium, and 3-5 parts by weight of tin based on 69-92 parts by weight of silver. The lower base material is titanium(100) or titanium alloy which is light, solid, and corrosion-resisting so as to be used as a material forming the root and skeleton of tooth. The upper part base material is zirconia(200) which is the most solid material among ceramic materials used for a dental purpose and has excellent esthetics so as to be used as a material forming the outer surface of the tooth. The silver is used for lowering a melting point with other materials and improving adhesion. The silver is composed to have 69-92 parts by weight because material cost increases when having 92 or greater parts by weight and the melting point increases and segregation occurs when having 69 or less parts by weight. The composition ratio of the silver becomes in a range between 69 and 92 parts by weight. The silver has a high melting point and segregation when the composition ratio of the silver is 69 parts by weight or less, and a material cost increases when the composition ratio of the silver is 92 parts by weight or more.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
