PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing a division mask frame assembly for an AMOLED is provided to accurately locate a division mask in a frame by corresponding to the size change of the division mask and reducing the number of grippers. CONSTITUTION: A pair of linear servo motors(1) for transferring a division mask transfer a horizontally movable gripper(2). The horizontally movable gripper horizontally moves the division mask in a preset location of a frame. A mother glass and backlight up and down device(3) successively loads a mother glass(31) and a backlight device which emits light to the mother glass. A transfer device(4) is installed on the upper side of the linear servo motor for transferring the division mask and transfers a laser welding device in X, Y, and Z directions. The transfer device includes an X directional transfer device(41) which moves in the same direction as the horizontally movable gripper and a Y directional transfer device(42) composed of a guide rail and a guide block.
