PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of environmentally friendly fertilizer is provided to manufacture fertilizer having a surfactant function by using yogurt, dry yeast, sugar, and natto through a simple manufacturing process.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of environmentally friendly fertilizer comprises the following steps: (i) a step of preparing raw materials by mixing yogurt, dry yeast, sugar, and natto and adding the mixture to warm water at 35-40 deg. C; (ii) a step of fermenting the raw materials at 35-40 deg. C for 7-10 days; and (iii) a step of adding cold water in the fermented raw materials. The mixing ratio is 5-10 weight% of yogurt, 1-3 weight% of dry yeast, 5-10 weight% of sugar, 1-3 weight% of natto, and 75-80 weight% of warm water in 100 weight% of all raw materials.
