PURPOSE: A brake damping disk with a bolt jointing type is provided to reduce squeal noise which is generated by a brake damping disk by easily inserting an insert plate into an inboard.;CONSTITUTION: A brake damping disk with a bolt jointing type comprises an inboard(10), an outer inboard(20), and an insert plate(30), and at least one bolt(40). The inboard comprises at least one inboard hole(11). The outside inboard is combined with one side of the inboard and comprises at least one outer inboard hole(21). The insert plate is inserted between the inboard and outer inboard to fix and comprises at least one insert plate hole(31).
