PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a laminated substrate is provided for manufacturing the laminated substrate having high thermal conductivity by forming an insulating layer using a liquid composition containing a thermally conductive filler.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a laminated substrate comprises the following steps. A liquid composition is coated on a conductive foil, and heated up to 120-220 deg. C to form a film by removing a solvent of the liquid composition. The film is heated up to the temperature greater than the liquid transition temperature of liquid crystal polyester to form an insulating layer. The liquid composition comprises the liquid crystal polyester, a solvent dissolving the liquid crystal polyester, and a thermally conductive filler. The ratio of the thermally conductive filler is more than 30 volume% or less than 80 volume% by the total content of the liquid crystal polyester and the thermally conductive filler.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
