PURPOSE: A system for providing economic effect information of a geological and mineral resource field and a method thereof are provided to provide industry effect information for each field into a database and to standardize an economic effect deriving process, thereby supplying reliable economic effect information. CONSTITUTION: A database unit(100) stores previous result information for economic effect, technology contents of a geological and resource field, and technology information. A server(200) reads the technology information from the database unit. The server searches required technology information from a client terminal(300). The server analyzes economic effect information corresponding to the searched technology information. The server transmits a search result and an analysis result to the corresponding client terminal.
