PURPOSE: Self-adhesive type wallpaper is provided to be easily apply the wallpaper at room temperature without using a separate tool by forming a synthetic butyl rubber layer in a sheet form on the lower part of the wallpaper.;CONSTITUTION: Self-adhesive type wallpaper comprises a synthetic butyl rubber layer(10) in a sheet type, the wallpaper(20), and a release layer(30). The wallpaper is formed on the top of the synthetic butyl rubber layer, and the release layer is formed on the bottom of the synthetic butyl rubber layer. The synthetic butyl rubber layer contains 500-1500 parts by weight of calcium carbonate, 10-100 parts by weight of rubber resin, and 200-600 parts by weight of polybutene based on 100 of butyl rubber. A construction method of the self-adhesive type wallpaper comprises the following steps: a working side is organized; the self-adhesive wallpaper is cut by the size of the working side; and the wallpaper is adhered to the working side, and the releasing layer is peeled off from the wallpaper to adhere the synthetic butyl rubber layer on the working side.
