摘要

PURPOSE: A charging system and a billing system are provided to charge an electric vehicle using recycled energy of an electric vehicle without affecting other power devices connected with a stringing while charging an energy storing apparatus, which power supplied from a stringing connected with an electric vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An electric power energy storage system includes a stringing supplying power to an electric vehicle and an energy storage apparatus(10) capable of storing electric energy supplied from the stringing while being connected with the stringing(20) and blocks inflow of electric power energy supplied from the stringing to the energy storage apparatus if an operating time interval between electric vehicles is smaller than a predetermined time interval.
