PURPOSE: A plating method of zinc and a plating bath therefor are provided to rapidly perform plating and to perform the plating while maintaining existing plating equipment. CONSTITUTION: A plating method of zinc and a plating bath therefor comprise as follows. The titanium is added more than 0.05 mg / l on the whole plating bath. The titanium salt is more than one selected of potassium titanyl oxalate, potassium hexafluorotitanate, titanium tetrachloride, titanium tetrafuoride, and titanium trichloride. The one of the ammonium sulfate, the muriate of potash, and the ammonium chloride is added to the zinc, and 0.05 mg/l of the titanium is added to the zinc.
