PURPOSE: A system for setting relations between users by using moving patterns and locations of a mobile terminal and a method thereof are provided to form personal connections between the users by generating the moving patterns of each mobile terminal.;CONSTITUTION: An information receiving unit(810) receives information about moving patterns and locations of a mobile terminal from the mobile terminal. An information storage control unit(820) relates the received moving pattern and location information with information about a user of the mobile terminal to store the information in a database. An information providing unit(830) searches the database for information about the user of the mobile terminal based on the moving pattern and location information.
