PURPOSE: A three stage input and output control device of a low pressure motor control panel unit is provided to secure safety for driving a low pressure motor control panel using a position pad lock capable of preventing the inputting and outputting of the low pressure motor control panel unit at a connection position and a test position.;CONSTITUTION: A TP drawing button(120) and a DP drawing button(130) are closely arranged in vertical. A button handle(140) is installed adjacently to the left side of the DP drawing button and the TP drawing button. A position locking device(150) operates automatically at a test position or a disconnection position and fixes the position of a low pressure motor control panel unit(110). A position padlock(160) restricts the operation of the DP drawing button and TP drawing button at the connection position and the test position. A position indicator(170) is indicated in different colors according to the connection position of the low pressure motor control panel unit, the test position, and a disconnection position.
