PURPOSE: An osteoarthritis model animal is provided to easily get an animal with limited breeding space and induce similar human osteoarthritis without controlling chemical substances or surgical manipulations.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an osteoarthritis model animal comprises a step of inducing obesity to rodent animal with high fat diet for at least eight weeks; a step of putting on a track belt which lets the rodent animal be induced with obesity rotates magnetic track belt and a miniature treadmill of rodent equipped with a driving unit which drives track be a step of connecting and fixing the upper part of body to a rod of fixing the upper body; a step of exercising an upright-walking of the rodent animal which moves the left leg and right leg by turns; a step of exercising an upright-walking after inducing obesity for one hour a week on a treadmill; a step of maintaining exercise for 3-5 weeks which started from the second week for two hours a day in case of no weight loss noted over 5%; a step of inducing osteoarthritis by exercising an upright-walking for three hours a day in a treadmill in case of no weight loss noted over 5%.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
