COLOR STEEL SHEET AND A MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF, CAPABLE OF INCLUDING SOLID TEXTURE IMPROVING PHYSICAL, CHEMICAL, AND MECHANICAL PROPERTY

PURPOSE: A color steel sheet including solid texture and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to include high hardness and high machinability and is environment-friendly by not including a stoving furnace for hardening after coating.;CONSTITUTION: A color steel sheet including solid texture successively comprises a matrix steel sheet(100), a conversion treatment layer(200), one or more coating layers(300), and a rotation screen printing layer(600). The rotation screen printing layer is comprised of photopolymer resin paint composition. A thickness of the rotation screen printing layer is 20 μm to 60 μm. The photopolymer resin paint composition comprises 40-75 weight% of urethane acrylate prepolymer, 20-45 weight% of acrylatemonomer, 3.5-8 weight% of photoinitiator, and 2-6 weight% of adhesion promoter. A planar pattern printing layer and a clear coating layer are included on the coating layers. The manufacturing method of the color steel sheet comprises a step of generating a conversion treatment layer on the matrix steel sheet; a step of generating one or more coating layers; and a step of generating the rotation screen printing layer by using the photopolymer resin paint composition.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
