PURPOSE: A personal authentication method of an electronic contract using near field communication, an authentication server thereof, and a terminal thereof are provided to increase security of personal authentication.;CONSTITUTION: An authentication server(300) includes a data management unit(310), a personal authentication unit(350), and a communication unit(390). The data management unit transmits first authentication data and second authentication data to a first terminal and a second terminal. The data management unit receives first encoding data and second encoding data from the first terminal and the second terminal. The personal authentication unit authenticates the second terminal by comparing second decoding data with the second authentication data. The second decoding data is received from the second terminal through the first terminal. The personal authentication unit authenticates the first terminal by comparing first decoding data with the first authentication data. The first decoding data is received from the first terminal through the second terminal.
