PURPOSE: A window member for a display device and a display device including the same are provided to transmit a part of incident light by using a filter layer placed on an opening portion.;CONSTITUTION: A display area and a non-display area are defined on a base material(410). A light shielding layer(420) is placed on a side of the base material in response to one or more parts of the non-display area. The light shielding layer includes one or more opening portions(420-OP). A filter layer(430) is placed on the side of the base material including the light shielding layer in response to the opening portions.
