PURPOSE: An oil and iron cleaner for detecting the surface of a full hard is provided to change a system condition according to the amount of oil and iron and to automatically remove the oil and iron by using adhesive force.;CONSTITUTION: An oil and iron cleaner for detecting the surface of a full hard comprises an unwinding roller(20), a first touch roller(30), and a winding roller(60). The unwinding roller unwinds an adhesive coating tape. The first touch roller rotates by having a parallel axis to the unwinding roller. The adhesive coating tape is partially wound to the first touch roller and removes the oil and iron(5,7) by moving between the first touch roller and a full hard surface. The winding roller rotates by having a parallel axis to the unwinding roller and winds the adhesive coating tape.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
