PURPOSE: A management server, a host device thereof, and an application management method thereof are provided to easily distribute an application to a host device without a distribution program for the application and to manage the distributed application.;CONSTITUTION: A policy management unit(140) generates policy information including management policies for an application used for a host device. An account management unit(150) selects the host device to which the management policies are applied. A communication interface unit(110) transmits the policy information to the selected host device. The policy management unit generates a GPO(Group Policy Object) including the policy information. The account management unit links a classified management group with the GPO to select the host device in the management group.
