PURPOSE: A dental implant coated with a hydrophilic moisturizing film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to shorten the operation duration while improving the success rate of the implant operation, and to effectively perform osseointegration by the improved blood affinity.;CONSTITUTION: A dental implant coated with a hydrophilic moisturizing film comprises the dental implant having the rough surface of titanium or titanium alloy material; and the hydrophilic moisturizing film maintaining the moisturized state at room temperature by being formed on the surface of the dental implant.
