PURPOSE: A carrier element forming the bottom of a railroad car carriage, the bottom of the railroad car carriage, and the railroad car carriage are provided to vary the arrangement of seats inside a railroad car. CONSTITUTION: A carrier element(100) forming the bottom of a railroad car carriage is installed to the horizontal direction of the railroad car carriage, and is fixed to a carriage body shell. A foot bracket of a supply unit is fixed to the carrier element. The carrier element includes a shoulder surface(115) which supports a first floor panel(210), and is covered by a second floor panel(220) located in between neighboring first floor panels. Parts of the second floor panel are separated toward the vertical direction of the railroad car carriage, and fixes the foot bracket to the carrier element.
