PURPOSE: A voice recognition device is provided to input a word by combining a lot of sound pitch with the word which means a control object, thereby conveniently using the voice recognition device.;CONSTITUTION: A sound pitch analysis unit(103) analyzes sound pitch, which is included in voice inputted through a voice input unit(101), by using frequency information of the voice. A voice analysis unit(105) analyzes the meaning of the voice included in the inputted voice.
