PURPOSE: A multicast service supporting device is provided to supply a mobile management device to an ONT(Optical Network Terminal) of a wired/wireless fusion type for supporting a multicast service in a system based on a PON(Passive Optical Network) and to support a seamless service of multicast data.;CONSTITUTION: A first ONT(120) transmits multicast data to a mobile terminal. A second ONT(130) senses movement of the mobile terminal to a predetermined area. An optical line terminating device(140) receives a movement sensing state of the mobile terminal from the second ONT and controls transmission of multicast data of the second ONT to the mobile terminal. An OLT(Optical Line Terminal) compares a media access control address of the mobile terminal with a MAC(Medium Access Control) address of the mobile terminal.
