RECYCLED POLYLACTIC ACID-CONTAINING RESIN COMPOSITION FOR PROVIDING BIODEGRADABLE FIBER FOR GEOTEXTILE GROUTING HAVING EXCELLENT BIODEGRADING AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES AND A LOW MANUFACTURING COST AT THE SAME TIME, AND A MANFUCATURING METHOD OF A BIODEGRADABLE FIBER FOR GEOTEXTILE GROUTING
PURPOSE: A resin composition is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost using cheap recycled polylactic acid as a main raw material, to reduce stiffness of biodegradable fiber, and to effectively prevent the decrease in biodegradation property and melting index.;CONSTITUTION: A resin composition comprises 90 wt% of recycled polylactic acid, 7 to 9 wt% of polybutylene succinate, and 1 to 3 wt% of polybutylene adipate terephthalate. A manufacturing method of biodegradable fiber for geotextile grouting comprises the steps of: melting the resin composition, spinning, drawing, drying, and heat-treating the melted resin composition through a spinneret(2), passing the yarn spinned through the spinneret before the drawing through a tub(B), and/or passing the yarn spinned through the spinneret through the tub containing a solution while drawing.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
