PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a biosensor and the biosensor manufactured by the same are provided to control the roughness of a metallic thin film surface, thereby enabling to regulate the detection sensitivity of the biosensor.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a biosensor is as follows. A metallic thin film layer is formed on a base substrate(S110). Solution containing metal salt and a reducing agent which concentration are regulated is manufactured for controlling the roughness of a metallic thin film surface(S130). The base substrate where the metallic thin film layer is formed is dipped into the solution containing the metal salt and a reducing agent(S150). Metallic nano-protrusions are formed by a reduction reaction of a metallic ion on the metallic thin film layer surface(S170).
