PURPOSE: A lifting device for a vehicle is provided to lift a vehicle to a lifting position from a normal position by installing a suspension strut.;CONSTITUTION: A lifting device for a vehicle comprises a suspension strut(1) and a suspension strut lug(6). The suspension strut lug is equipped with a piston rod(5) which is guided inside a cylinder. The top of the piston rod is linked to a vehicle structure unit. A lifting cylinder(8) is arranged in the suspension strut lug. The lifting cylinder comprises a compression air port. The lifting cylinder is equipped with a lifting piston(10) which is axially movable. The inner surface of the lifting piston supports a top spring cap(11) for a coil spring(12).
