PURPOSE: A strip manufacturing device is provided to transfer molten steel slowly to the upper part of a molten lead with the contact of the air blocked to be rapidly cooled down, whereby the molten steel is made into a strip form and not into a thick slab.;CONSTITUTION: A strip manufacturing device includes a cooling medium(41) and a manufacturing unit(40). The cooling medium cools a molten steel(1). The manufacturing unit accommodates the cooling medium and is composed to make the molten steel flow on the top surface of the cooling medium to a strip(2). The specific gravity of the cooling medium is higher than the molten steel. The cooling medium is molten lead.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
