PURPOSE: A tendon fixing device including a free prestressing direction and a tendons fixing structure of an atypical concrete structure using the same are provided to arrange tendons in a straight line regardless of the angle of the embedment end and reduce the amount of refilling concrete. CONSTITUTION: A tendon fixing device including a free prestressing direction comprises a semispherical embedment plate(10), a wedge cone(20), and a wedge(30). The semispherical embedment plate comprises a wedge cone support protrusion(12) and a slot. The wedge cone is inserted into a tendon and is supported to the wedge cone protrusion. The wedge is connected to the wedge cone by a taper and fixes the tendon with a wedge force.
