PURPOSE: A pneumatic tire with improved braking performance is provided to improve braking performance by increasing a road touching area.;CONSTITUTION: A pneumatic tire with improved braking performance comprises a block(2) and a tread rubber layer. The block is laterally formed with an inclined protrusion(4) in the opposite area of the tire moving direction. The inclined protrusion is formed to be higher than the road touching surface of the block. The inclined protrusion is composed of a gentle inclined surface(4a) and a sharp inclined surface(4b). The length of the inclined protrusion is adjustable in a large, medium, or small size to correspond to the size of the block.
