PURPOSE: A network system for a statistical symbiosis based situation recognition relay and a networking method thereof are provided to reduce the amount of overhead and information exchange in a mobile or wireless channel environment. CONSTITUTION: A network system includes a first network and a second network. The first network includes a base station(110) and a relay terminal(112). The second network includes a base station(120) and a relay terminal(122). The second network determines a relay terminal which relays signal strength information from the base station of the first network to the relay terminal of the second network. The signal strength information is obtained from coverage information received from the first network.
