PURPOSE: A side sill unit for a vehicle is provided to improve a side collision rigidity performance and improve the manufacturing process and an assembly performance by applying a tube-shaped reinforcing beam as a reinforcing member installed between a side sill outer beam and a side sill inner beam.;CONSTITUTION: A side sill unit(1) for a vehicle comprises a side sill outer beam(5), a side sill inner beam(7), and a reinforcing member(9). The side sill outer beam and the side sill inner beam are assembled in an inner lower part of a side panel. The reinforcing member is installed three places between the side sill outer beam and the side sill inner beam and is formed as a tube-shaped reinforcing beam(13) integrally forming a flange(11) on both ends.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
