PUSHER KNIFE, CAPABLE OF PREVENTING FOOD FROM STICKING TO A BLADE THEREOF BY ATTACHING A PUSHER PART TO ONE SIDE OF THE BLADE

PURPOSE: A pusher knife is provided to facilitate washing and to be easy to use with a pusher knife which enables the detaching of a pusher part from a blade.;CONSTITUTION: A pusher knife comprises a blade(200), a handle unit(100), a penetration hole, a protrusion, and a pusher part. The protrusion is formed because a lower end part of the rear end of the blade protrudes backwards. The pusher part comprises a connecting hole(310) and an elastic member body(330). When the pusher part is lifted by food while the blade chops the food, the body is bent like a bow and a slide part(320) moves to the upper direction. After chopping the food, the body is restored to the original shape by descending until the slide part contacts to the protrusion due to elasticity.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
