PURPOSE: A gun head for a single-pore electric arc spray apparatus is provided to use in the surface process of 3C product by maintaining the surface process temperature of the electric arc spray apparatus at 9~40=.;CONSTITUTION: A gun head for a single-pore electric arc spray apparatus comprises a nozzle body(11), a nozzle ring(12), the inner cover of a discharge chamber(13), the outer cover of the discharge chamber(14), an outside fixing ring(15), and two wire conduits(17). The outside fixing ring is connected with the nozzle ring and fixes the inner cover of the discharge chamber and the outer cover of the discharge cover to the gas discharging end of the nozzle body. The wire conduits are extended to a position adjacent to an electric discharge chamber by being respectively arranged in two conduit holes, and includes consecutively connected insulating ends(161,171), conductors(162,172), and wire withdrawal heads(163,173).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
