SLIP JOINT OF A VEHICLE STEERING DEVICE, CAPABLE OF IMPROVING THE ASSEMBLY EFFICIENCY BY REDUCING A WORKING LOAD AND AN ASSEMBLY LOAD

PURPOSE: A slip joint of a vehicle steering device is provided to reduce a working load by reducing the frictional force in a slip motion of an inner and outer member and remove the rattling noise due to a fluid gap by transferring the driving power while compensating the fluid gap between the inner and outer members.;CONSTITUTION: A slip joint of a vehicle steering device comprises an outer member(320), an inner member(310), and a slip bush(330). The outer member comprises a plurality of first grooves(320a) generated at the inner periphery in a shaft direction. The inner member is inserted into the outer member and comprises a second groove(310a) generated on the outer periphery corresponding to the first groove. The slip bush comprises a cylindrical body unit(331) and an elastic unit(333). The cylindrical body unit is inserted in between the outer member and the inner member. The elastic unit is formed in the body unit and is inserted into the space generated by the first groove and the second groove.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
