PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a PVA sponge is provided to prevent the use of harmful organic materials, to minimize the exhaust of harmful gas, thereby improving the environment of a workplace.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a PVA sponge comprises a step of injecting a pore forming agent into a PVA aqueous solution with water and a PVA resin; a step of obtaining a PVA and hexamethylene tetramine aqueous solution which is mixed of water and hexamethylene tetramine; a step of injecting the hexamethylene tetramine aqueous solution into the PVA aqueous solution, mixing the mixture, and obtaining a PVA and hexamethylene tetramine aqueous solution; a step of injecting a catalyst agent into the PVA and hexamethylene tetramine aqueous solution; and a step of injecting aqueous solution with a catalyst agent into a mold and conducting an acetalization reaction by heating.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
