PURPOSE: A digital image providing device for detecting deformation of digital content and a digital image restoring device thereof are provided to be used for evidence obtainment for original image information by confirming artificial modulation and a modulation position of a digital image in a security application field and restoring the digital image.;CONSTITUTION: An input unit(110) receives an original image from the outside. An extraction unit(130) extracts restoring feature points which show unique features of an original digital image. An insertion unit(150) inserts the restoring feature points into the original digital image by using a lossless data hiding method.
