PURPOSE: A native language address dial control device and a method thereof are provided to offer telephone number information or destination server address information corresponding to native language address information to a user terminal and to extract the native language information from a dial request.;CONSTITUTION: An interface(201) extracts native language address information from a dial request. When telephone number information corresponding to the extracted native language address information is obtained from DB(DataBase), a processor(203) provides the obtained telephone number information to a user terminal. When the telephone number information is not obtained from the DB, the processor obtains the telephone number information from an address mapping server corresponding to an extension related to the native language address information.
