PURPOSE: A mortar manufacturing method mixed with illite is provide to enhance shock resistance and adhesive force of mortar and minimize powder adhered on the surface of finishing material by using illite, VAE powdered resin, natural fiber and calcium hydroxide as an optimal content.;CONSTITUTION: A mortar manufacturing method mixed with illite comprises the following steps. (S100) Obtain powder of 100-325mesh particle by letting illite passed through a sieve. (S200) Create a mixture by mixing other impurities which includes illite 40-47%, sand 35-45%, VAE powdered resin 5-7%, natural fiber 1-4%, titanium oxide 0.5-2%, thickening agent 0.1-0.5% and calcium hydroxide 1-4%, titanium oxide 0.5-2%, and thickening agent 0.1-0.5% about total 100 weight%. And (S300) create mortar(200) by adding water(50) of 40-46 weight% in the mixture 100 weight%. The mixing step (200) comprises a step(S210) which obtains sand of 0.075-0.3mm size by letting the sand pass through a sleve.
